No monthly fee. You pay 5% per transaction plus 3% payment processing on every payment method, and a once-off R1,900 ex VAT setup. Payouts are automated and there's no contract. Outbound marketing messages cost R2 ex VAT per message, per customer.
How are AI conversations billed?
On LLM tokens, per million tokens: R64 per million input tokens and R320 per million output tokens, ex VAT. Rates move with the exchange rate. A typical customer chat uses about 20,000 input and 600 output tokens over six replies, so roughly R1.50 per conversation. You see the token usage on your bill.
Do the cheaper plans cut features?
No. Every plan includes the full Feast platform: online ordering, payments, the 24/7 WhatsApp concierge, marketing, smart deals, reservations, loyalty and the manager app. Plans differ only in order volume and per-order cost.
What happens when we pass our plan's included orders?
Nothing breaks. Orders above your plan's included volume are simply billed at the Free plan's per-transaction rate, so a busy month is only ever good news.
We don't have delivery drivers. Can we still offer delivery?
Yes. Feast can be set up for collection, delivery, or both. And if you don't have your own drivers, we organise delivery for you.
Will Feast work with our POS?
Orders push straight into Pilot POS, with a once-off integration setup of R2,000. Support for other POS systems is coming soon, and every order is always visible live in the manager and kitchen app.
How much work is setup on our side?
Share your menu with us and we do the rest. Setup is free on Starter and up, and R1,900 ex VAT on the Free plan. It covers menu configuration and sales optimisation, payments, theming, loyalty, specials, reservations, printed table stands and bill folders, your contact import and your first promotional campaign.
