Why we built Keychat
South African businesses were handing 20–30% of every order to delivery and booking platforms, and losing the customer relationship along with it. We thought that was backwards.
WhatsApp is where customers already are. So we built a way for local businesses to sell there directly, on their own terms, without an app to download or a platform taking a cut of every sale.
